Acceptance of Terms
 

By downloading, installing, or using our productivity, AI, or utility apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our apps.

 

User Obligations

As a user, you agree to:

  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted by Alley 51. If you wish to use our apps for commercial purposes, please contact us at support@alley51.co to discuss terms and conditions.

  • Refrain from hacking, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disrupting the app’s functionality.

  • Refrain from modifying the app or using any unauthorized methods to access premium features without a valid subscription.

  • Avoid using the app for illegal activities or in ways that could harm our services.

  • Respect intellectual property rights if you create or share content (e.g., tasks, notes) within the app.

  • Protect the privacy of other users by not sharing their data without consent, especially in collaborative features.

 

Intellectual Property

  • Alley 51 owns the apps, their content, and underlying technology.

  • You retain ownership of content you create within the app (e.g., task lists, notes).

  • By creating content, you grant Alley 51 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, display, and analyze your content to provide, improve, and develop our services, including training and improving our AI models.

Subscriptions and Payments

​

  • Certain features may require a subscription, processed via third-party payment platforms (e.g., app stores).

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage your subscriptions through your account or app store settings.

  • Refund requests for subscriptions must be made through the app store where the subscription was purchased and are subject to their refund policies.

  • Our apps are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alley 51 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, service interruptions) arising from your use of the app.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or at our discretion, including but not limited to modifying the app or using unauthorized methods to access premium features without a valid subscription.

  • You can delete your account at any time via the app’s settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law

​

  • These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of California, USA, where Alley 51 is based. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to the Terms

  • We may revise these Terms as needed. You will be notified of significant updates via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of the app after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
